Postgaarden Bed and Breakfast

The story of Postgaarden in Bramming
The beautiful old and narrow building with the roof rised high, was designed by the Royal Building Inspector L.V. Petersen, and was used as a post office in 1917. In 1918, the telegraph station was opened in the post office under the postmaster's board. The 1st floor was used as residence by the postmaster and the 2nd floor was furnished with bedrooms and chambers for the chambermaids. Today the old postoffice houses Postgaardens Bed and Breakfast. Later, the post office was expanded with extensions in 1955 and again in 1978. The extensions houses Postgaarden's meeting and banqueting rooms. The entire building was completely renovated in 2017.

Our rooms are newly renovated, tastefully decorated and cozy. The rooms include 2 single beds, dining area, flat screen TV and free Wifi.

The room is newly renovated, tastefully decorated and cozy. It contains 2 single beds, a sofa bed, dining area for 4 people, private kitchenette with fridge, toilet, flat screen tv and free Wifi.

Kitchen facilities
Tastefully renovated kitchen with the possibility to cook for yourself. There is a fridge, stove, service as well as a coffee machine and an electric kettle. In addition, the self-serve breakfast is cooked here.

Bath and toilet
Nice new toilet and bathroom facilities with wall-mounted toilets.

There are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms shared between the rooms.

Bramming is a small and pleasant village in southwestern Jutland with about 7,000 inhabitants. The village is located 17 km. east of Esbjerg and 18 km. north of Ribe. In Bramming there are good shopping opportunities as well as cozy places to eat. The village is nice and has a good trading life, with many specialty stores.

Meeting and banqueting rooms
Postgaarden was renovated and established in 2017. The buildings previously housed Bramming Postoffice. The building currently contains Bed and Breakfast. Later, the post office was expanded with an extension in 1978, this extension was completely renovated in 2017 and today contains the two banquet halls.
