Our little place became a bnb in 2016 when we inherited the farm.
We have since remodeled, so that we have room for overnight guests. Skortskær is not bothered by passing traffic, and we have space for motorhomes or a truck. We are close to two beaches and the protected area Vesterlyng.
As we are crazy about purpose in the garden, we have an incredibly rich wildlife outside our windows, where you can also see our cuddly production animals.
If you need peace and quiet or fancy the many opportunities for walks over fields and meadows, through forests and along beaches, and to see Dragsholm Castle or the two islands, then Skortskær is the place.
We offer accommodation and holiday stays in our 2 double rooms, our cozy suite or two cabins. And in - not to forget - our season Glamping tent.
The rooms and the suite share a toilet and bath, while the cabins share a kitchen, toilet and bath.
The glamping tent has its own module. All the rooms are on the ground floor.
If the weather is right, it is obvious that we light bonfires in several places, and create coziness and gathering.
We have a small farm shop, with exclusively local goods - e.g. beer and mirror pools as well as local art.
The rooms are non-smoking, but if you smoke, we will probably have to find a suitable place for smoking.
Skortskær offers privacy, peace and quiet, good service, beautiful nature, terrace relaxation and bike rides, as well as lots of animals.
