You can really enjoy city life and at the same time within a short distance reach the ferries that sail to Ærø, Drejø and Skarø as well as the historic tour of Svendborg Sound with MF Helge. MF Helge sails to Vindebyøre, Troense, Valdemar Castle and Thurø. Here you can get off and experience and possibly bring bicycles.

Svendborg has many places to eat and play, so there is always the opportunity to experience something extra. The old harbor area, Fredriksøen is an oasis in the city with exhibitions, beach bar, mini golf and yes much more - it simply has to be experienced.

Svendborg also offers Revy, Denmark's oldest and which is called the Rottefælder Revyen.
