Welcome Aarhus Danhostel
Danhostel Aarhus is located in a beautiful environment with new and older buildings in the center of Riis Forest and near a public beach. The main building is from 1869 and features an impressive hall, with its 8-sided shape and 7 meters high ceiling, it forms the framework for the hostel's dining room.

The hostel is located a few kilometers from Aarhus city center and close to the atmospheric environment, Trøjborg with its cozy cafes, restaurants, cinema and various shops.

The rooms
We offer 35 rooms with a total of 153 beds, 28 rooms on the ground floor and 7 rooms on the first floor.
We offer rooms with private bathroom as 2-, 3-, 5- and 6-people rooms.
We offer slightly cheaper rooms - with bath and toilet in the corridor - for 2-, 4- and 6-peoples rooms.

There are bunk beds in all rooms. We have a few rooms that are disabled friendly.

Surroundings
Danhostel Aarhus is situated in Riis Forest. From the high cliffs in the forest, there is a beautiful view of the Bay of Aarhus. The forest has a good network of pahts for exercises. At the mouth of the forest you will find a small icehouse. From the hostel is a short distance to the beach. The Permanente - an old-fashioned bath house, which is part of the most popular seaside resorts of the city.

Prices quoted as with private bath or without private bath in low season.

All prices can be consulted on the website, but below is a detail of the prices:

1 person: 580 - 450 DKK
2 personer: 640 - 500 DKK
3 personer: 690 - 550 DKK
4 personer: 740 - 600 DKK
5 personer: 890 - 750 DKK
6 personer: 995 - 900 DKK

Increased prices during the high season 11.7. to 9.8. as well as at concerts and during weekends with events.

Breakfast: 64 DKK - half price for children under 12 years.
