Live in style - take a rest - on the 1st floor of a 100-year-old, charming red stone villa from 1922 - in a village setting, approximately in the middle of the holiday island of Als.

The house is originally a grocery store and there has been a large garden in the garden - therefore an ornament of a fruit-bearing god can be seen - over the front door of the house.

The apartment has its own entrance, entrance hall, (stairs to the 1st floor), well-equipped tea-kitchen, for "make-your-own-breakfast / lunch", west-facing balcony, with table / chairs,

3 double bedrooms, large living room, (TV / WIFI) and large bathroom.

I place emphasis on being environmentally friendly, therefore careful waste sorting and only environmentally approved cleaning products.

My large and cozy garden with pavilion and cozy nooks - can be used freely.

Short distance to shopping, golf course, nature trails, the Duke of Augustenborg, with park, forest and fjord, as well as year-round art exhibitions.

Als is an island in the Baltic Sea, with a mild climate and beautiful nature, among others. many large forests and fantastic beaches, many places on the island

- beautiful and historic sights everywhere, including Sønderborg, Gråsten, Augustenborg and Nordborg castles.

Furthermore 8 km to Sønderborg, 11 km to Danfoss universe, 7 km to the ferry Fynshav / Bøjden / Ærø, 7 km to Sønderborg airport, 30 km to Germany.

Arrival time by appointment - key box at the front door, FREE PARKING :-), smoking is allowed outside.
