Thy National Park
The wind from the sea can be quite strong in this corner of Denmark and it has created a landscape and a nature which is quite unique. These conditions were the reason why part of Thy was turned into a national park in 2008 - that first and foremost should ensure the quality of nature and moreover the national park offers possibilities of great outdoor experiences.

In Thy National Park there are a myriad of marked hiking, horseriding and biking trails, which are placed in varied ter rain and often offer good vantage points along the way.
